5102013 Image2Christine Gross-Loh has written a book that has the Internet buzzing.

To promote its publication, Christine submitted an article to Huffington Post. In less than one week, “Have American Parents Got It All Backwards” garnered over 21,000 Facebook shares, 744 Tweets, and 343 comments. I have started reading Parenting Without Borders: Surprising Lessons Parents Around the World Can Teach Us and highly recommend it.  As regular readers of this blog know, spring is the busiest time for me.   Exhausted after garden work, I usually crash early and go right to sleep so, I do admit to not having finished Christine’s book yet, but what I have read is fascinating. Full disclosure: Christine is a friend. I’m heading back up to Boston tomorrow to attend a book party to celebrate the publication of Parenting Without Borders and The Business of Baby, written by Jennifer Margulis.  (Find more Business of Baby reviews here.)   Both books deserve a place on your bookshelf.
